Job summary

Hargrove and Associates, Inc is seeking a senior Project Manager with extensive experience in engineering and project management. You will supervise engineers and designers, ensure on-time delivery within budget and quality standards, and manage client relationships across complex projects.

The role requires 15+ years of relevant experience, PE or PMP certification preferred, and strong leadership with proven ability to drive project success using established controls and reporting processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Civil Engineering from an accredited university is preferred.
• Professional Engineering and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) registration is highly preferred.
• 15+ years of relevant experience in engineering and project management.
• Knowledge of the Hargrove project execution procedures and project controls tools.
• Ability to lead a team and manage client relationships in complex situations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide technical direction over a team of engineers and designers to deliver services on time and within budget and quality expectations.
• Manage costs, schedule, and quality using project controls; track and report progress.
• Ensure timely invoicing, process Change Notices, review the Office Earnings Report, and keep project plans current.
• Maintain control of project performance against budget and schedule; coordinate with stakeholders.
• Lead weekly coordination meetings and maintain comprehensive reports and action items.
