Job summary

Hargrove Engineers + Constructors is seeking a Project Manager to oversee moderately complex engineering projects. You will lead the team, drive project scope, goals and deliverables with stakeholders, and ensure on-time delivery within budget and quality targets. The role requires strong leadership, budget control, and excellent communication.

Bachelor-level engineering degree and PMP/PE are highly preferred; U.S. work authorization required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in engineering preferred.
• Professional Engineering licensure and PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, goals and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Lead weekly coordination meetings and report progress.
• Review engineering documents, vendor submittals and construction submittals for compliance.
• Maintain budget, schedule and quality standards across projects.
