Job summary

Hargrove and Associates, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to provide supervision and technical direction for a team of engineers and designers delivering projects on time, within budget and quality standards. You will manage contracts, track cost and schedule, and guide decision-making with stakeholders.

Ideal candidates will have 15+ years of engineering and PM experience, a BS/MS in engineering, and PMP certification preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Civil Engineering from an accredited university is preferred.
• Proven experience in project management with PMP certification highly preferred.
• 15+ years of relevant experience in engineering and project management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of engineers and designers delivering services on time and within budget.
• Manage commercial contracts on multiple projects and ensure timely invoices and change notices.
• Maintain project controls for cost, schedule, and quality; manage reporting andClient communications.
• Lead weekly coordination meetings and align client expectations with project plan.
• Develop scope, goals, deliverables, and budget with stakeholders; drive change management.
• Review vendor submittals, drawings, and documentation for compliance with project objectives.
