Job summary

Hargrove Engineers + Constructors is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee moderately complex engineering assignments. The role involves delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards, under minimal supervision.

You will manage commercial contracts, change notices, and client relationships while coordinating cross-discipline teams. The ideal candidate has a BS/MS in engineering, PMP/PE preferred, and up to 15 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Civil Engineering.
• PMP or PE registration preferred.
• Up to 15 years of relevant engineering and project management experience.
• Knowledge of Hargrove project execution procedures.
• Ability to lead a team to deliver on commitments.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform all aspects of project management for moderately complex engineering projects.
• Estimate professional services hours and manage project budgets.
• Process invoices and project change notices; review monthly Office Earnings Report.
• Maintain project budget, schedule, and quality standards.
• Coordinate resources and lead weekly team coordination meetings.
• Review drawings, submittals, and vendor documents for compliance.
