Job summary

Legora, an AI-native legal tech company, is seeking an Engagement Associate to join our Chicago-based team. You will support post-sale customer experience across strategic accounts, helping drive onboarding, adoption, and value realization for world-class law firms and corporations.

You will learn from senior Engagement Managers, manage discrete workstreams, and help craft adoption playbooks, track ROI, and coordinate with Marketing, Product, Legal Engineering, and Support to accelerate client

Qualifications

• Experience in client-facing roles in B2B SaaS or legal tech.
• Experience supporting adoption, retention and stakeholder satisfaction.
• 1-3 years in management consulting, customer success, account management, or related field.
• Exposure to enterprise clients and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to learn complex domains quickly.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding, adoption and value realization across strategic accounts.
• Contribute to adoption playbooks and rollout plans.
• Own discrete workstreams from rollout to scaled adoption.
• Build product fluency and surface client goals.
• Prepare success plans and enablement resources.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to accelerate client success.
• Flag expansion signals to account leads.
• Channel feedback to Product/Engineering/Marketing.
• Track account health and usage; surface risk signals.
• Learn fast and grow toward owning accounts.
