Job summary

Legora is seeking an experienced Engagement Manager to lead post-sale adoption for a large NA portfolio of law firms and corporate legal teams. You will design scalable adoption playbooks, automate touchpoints, and drive measurable ROI while reserving high-touch moments for the most strategic accounts.

Collaborate with Product, Legal Engineering, and Support to accelerate client success, monitor adoption signals, and own renewal and expansion as repeatable motions.

Qualifications

• Experience designing scalable adoption programs for large customer bases.
• 3+ years in manager role or 6+ years in senior manager role in scaled/digital CS or related field.
• Strong track record of driving adoption, retention and expansion with a high-volume portfolio.
• Ownership of renewal/expansion as repeatable motions using data and automation.
• Technical fluency with CS/CRM tooling and LMS platforms.
• Data-driven approach to health, forecasting and portfolio strategy.
• Exceptional program, project and prioritization skills.
• High EQ and ability to operate in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Own post-sale motion end-to-end for a large NA portfolio of law firms and corporate teams.
• Design scaled adoption playbooks and automate touchpoints across channels.
• Facilitate strategic engagements with high-stakes accounts and scale enablement.
• Monitor portfolio health and flag risks using internal data signals.
• Own renewal and expansion motions as repeatable processes.
• Coordinate with Product, Legal Engineering, Engineering, Product Marketing and Support.
