Job summary

Akamai Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Engagement Manager II to drive customer success for major retail, transportation, and manufacturing clients.

You will own outcomes, lead cross-functional teams, and define account strategies while mentoring peers to deliver sophisticated cloud, security, and web-performance solutions. You will collaborate with sales and pre-sales to expand service adoption and guide customers from concept to implementation, ensuring exceptional satisfaction and business

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing role with consulting experience.
• Experience leading large technical programs and ensuring customer success.
• Knowledge of DevOps, web performance, and core internet technologies.
• Strong understanding of information security fundamentals and cloud-based systems.
• Ability to design, implement, and manage architectural solutions.
