Akamai Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Engagement Manager II to own customer success for major retailers, transportation, and manufacturing clients.

You will guide outcomes using Akamai solutions, conduct assessments, and architect web performance, cloud, and security solutions while managing relationships and a project pipeline. Collaborate with sales and pre-sales to expand services, lead a cross-functional team, and mentor colleagues in a remote-ready environment.

Formación

• Five years of experience in a customer-facing role and understanding of the consulting process to ensure customer success
• Experience managing and delivering large technical programs
• Knowledge of DevOps, web performance, and core internet technologies (DNS, TLS, HTTP)
• Familiarity with compute technologies and cloud-based system design/management
• Ability to work independently and in a remote team environment

• Own customer success and act as trusted advisor to achieve outcomes with Akamai solutions
• Research and assess trends to guide customer architecture and adoption decisions
• Architect and manage web performance, cloud computing, and security solutions
• Define account strategy, relationships, and project pipelines
