Qualifications

• Five years of customer-facing consulting or advisory experience.
• Proven track record delivering large technical programs.
• Knowledge of DevOps, web performance, and core internet technologies.
• Familiarity with cloud-based compute architectures.

Responsibilities

• Own customer success and serve as trusted advisor to achieve outcomes.
• Research and assess to influence architecture and adoption decisions.
• Architect and manage web performance, cloud, and security solutions.
• Define account strategy, relationships, and project pipeline.
