Qualifications

• Knowledgeable about DevOps, web performance, and core internet technologies (DNS, TLS, HTTP).
• Familiar with compute technologies and cloud-based system design and management.

Responsibilities

• Own customer success and act as trusted advisor to help customers achieve outcomes with Akamai solutions.
• Conduct research and assessments to identify trends and guide customer architecture and adoption decisions.
• Architect and manage web performance, cloud computing, and security solutions.
• Define account strategy, establish relationships, and build a project pipeline.
• Lead and mentor a cross-functional team, promoting empowerment and collaboration.
• Partner with sales and pre-sales to expand usage of services and solutions.
