Job summary

Beamery is seeking an Engagement Manager for its Professional Services team. You will manage end-to-end customer projects, ensure successful deliverables, and coordinate with Product/Engineering and Customer Success to drive value.

This role supports remote workers across the US, with travel up to 30% as client meetings increase, and requires strong communication and project-management skills to deliver complex software deployments.

Qualifications

• Hands-on project/program management or implementation experience.
• Enterprise software/HR tech implementations a plus.
• PM methodology and/or SDLC experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Growth mindset and ability to coach junior teammates.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end customer projects from kickoff to closure.
• Develop charter, scope, and success plan for each project.
• Provide weekly updates, track progress and report outcomes.
• Manage SOWs, contracts, change control, and budget.
• Lead internal reviews and post-implementation sessions.
• Coordinate with Product/Engineering and Customer Success teams.
• Up to 30% travel for client meetings.
