Job summary

Ideal candidates have 3–6 years in customer implementations or consulting, strong communication, and the ability to collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in customer implementations or consulting roles.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex workflows into actionable implementation plans.
• Ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, data analytics, economics, or related field of study.
• Curiosity about new technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement planning and budgeting.
• Direct on-time, quality delivery of custom software implementation.
• Manage engagement economics.
• Manage engagement risks.
• Partner with clients to analyze and understand their system needs.
• Provide recommendations on the best way to execute client strategies with technology investment.
• Facilitate buy-in from top management levels at the client.
• Perform root cause analysis of issues identified in testing or system execution.
• Define deliverables structure and content including requirements gathering from stakeholders.
• Manage engagement team and serve as the bridge between client and software development team.
• Act as a project manager on each engagement.
• Manage relationships with clients including weekly status updates, billing discussions, and client satisfaction reviews.
