Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking an Account Manager to support the West side of Michigan. You will engage with customers and trade contractors to promote energy-efficiency rebates and deliver programs in collaboration with a program delivery team.

The ideal candidate has experience in sales or energy efficiency, resides near Kent County, with strong communication, CRM use, and the ability to travel in-state 50–75% to meet program goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in professional roles such as sales, energy efficiency, consulting, or similar field.
• Knowledgeable or experienced in energy efficiency preferred.
• Located in or near Kent County, MI.
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Able to meet tight deadlines and handle changing priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Technical trade experience is a plus.
• High school graduate or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the business customer base.
• Educate customers and their trade allies/contractors on energy efficiency rebates and participation.
• Develop outreach tactics to engage commercial customer segments.
• Build a commercial customer pipeline and drive projects to completion.
• Serve as a liaison between customers and contractors to improve program satisfaction.
• Integrate program offerings into customer operations to enhance service.
• Identify and schedule event participation and presentations.
