Job summary

CLEAResult seeks a results-driven Energy Efficiency Program Manager to lead commercial and industrial energy efficiency programs from launch to completion. You will oversee cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and ensure profitability and client satisfaction in a remote Michigan-based role.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of program or project management experience, strong leadership and stakeholder management, and a track record of delivering complex programs on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of program, project, or client management experience overseeing complex initiatives.
• 2+ years of people leadership with coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
• Proven success managing client-facing programs, contracts, budgets, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong financial acumen with experience forecasting and ensuring program profitability.
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution and management of one or more client programs and contracts.
• Serve as the primary client relationship manager, ensuring contract compliance and satisfaction.
• Develop and manage program plans, budgets, schedules, forecasts, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, software development, marketing, analytics.
• Communicate progress with field-based account managers and executives.
• Identify risks, resolve issues, and implement effective solutions.
• Facilitate client meetings and reviews on progress, financials, timelines, and deliverables.
• Partner to identify growth opportunities and support new business development.
