CLEAResult is seeking an Account Manager to support Michigan. You’ll work with a program delivery team to engage customers and trade partners, driving energy efficiency rebate participation and project completion.

You will build relationships, educate stakeholders, and coordinate outreach efforts to grow the program impact. Located near Macomb County, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple deadlines, and utilize CRM tools daily.

Qualifications

• Proven professional experience in sales, consulting, or related field.
• Knowledgeable or experienced in energy efficiency preferred.
• Located in or near Macomb County, MI.
• Self-motivated with ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers and trade allies/contractors about Energy Efficiency rebate programs.
• Develop outreach to identify and engage commercial customer segments.
• Build commercial customer pipeline and see projects through to completion.
• Serve as liaison between customers and contractors to improve program satisfaction.
• Integrate program offerings into customer operations to improve service.
• Identify and schedule event participation and presentations of programs.
• Use a CRM daily and prepare monthly activity reports.
