Job summary

Salesforce seeks an Employee Success Business Partner Manager to advise HR leaders and shape talent strategy across the Employee Success organization. You will partner with Directors and Senior Managers to drive workforce transformation and elevate employee outcomes at scale.

You will leverage data from GIS surveys and other sources to monitor team health, influence retention, and support cross-functional initiatives with a trusted, values-driven approach.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of HR/ESBP or similar talent advisory experience.
• Ability to analyze people data and connect it to business outcomes.
• Experience advising directors and senior managers at client groups.
• Strong relationship-building across diverse teams and networks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a proactive consultant to people leaders, aligning talent initiatives with fiscal year goals and hiring strategies.
• Provide values-aligned coaching anchored in Trust, Customer Success, Innovation, and Equality.
• Bridge differing perspectives to improve retention and drive strong people outcomes.
• Execute talent cycles including succession planning, merit and compensation reviews, and workforce planning.
• Collaborate across Legal, Finance, and HR COEs to translate global strategy into local guidance.
• Use data-driven insights to monitor team health and link engagement data to business metrics.
