Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. in the United States is seeking an Employee Relations Partner to provide tactical ER consultation to managers and employees, conduct investigations, and advise on discipline and termination while ensuring adherence to policies and regulations.

You will analyze data to monitor ER trends, collaborate with Legal, Labor Relations, and HRBPs to craft proactive solutions and minimize legal risk for the company.

Qualifications

• Conduct HR investigations compliant with policies and regulations.
• Provide guidance to managers on disciplinary actions and terminations.
• Collaborate with Legal, Labor Relations, and HRBPs to resolve complex ER matters.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and participate in all phases of local HR investigations.
• Provide supervisors with policy interpretation regarding conflict resolutions and disciplinary actions.
• Partner with operations, legal teams, and SMEs to craft solutions for complex Employee Relations issues.
• Ensure high-quality HR support, performance management, and compliance with labor agreements as applicable.
