Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an Employee Relations Partner to deliver tactical ER guidance to managers and employees, conduct investigations, and advise on disciplinary actions and termination.

You will interpret policies while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws across the business. This role partners with Operations Management, Legal, and HRBPs to resolve complex ER issues, monitor trends, and reduce legal risk, all while maintaining confidentiality and high ethical

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, organizational management, law or equivalent major or 4 years of required experience.
• 5+ years in HR compliance, HR generalist or employee relations.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and participate in HR investigations; manage case intake in ServiceNow/Navex.
• Provide policy interpretation to managers on conflict resolutions, discipline, and termination.
• Collaborate with Legal/HRBPs/Labor relations to resolve complex ER situations.
• Ensure high-quality HR support including performance management and compliance.
