Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an Employee Relations Partner to provide tactical HR investigations and guidance to managers and staff, ensuring compliance with policies and laws.

You will analyze data to identify ER trends and partner with HR Business Partners and Legal teams to create proactive solutions. Responsibilities include policy interpretation for disciplinary actions, terminations, and conflict resolution, along with delivering high-quality HR support and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years HR experience in compliance or employee relations.
• Minimum 5 years in HR compliance or ER.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of employment laws.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct local HR investigations in line with policies and regulations.
• Provide managers with policy interpretation for conflict resolution, discipline, and terminations.
• Collaborate with Operations / Legal teams to resolve complex ER situations.
• Deliver high-quality HR support including performance management and compliance.
• Travel 0-10% to company sites as needed.
