Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an Employee Relations Partner to provide consistent, tactical ER consultation to Managers and Employees.

You will conduct investigations to resolve issues while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and partner with Legal, HRBPs, and COEs to mitigate risk. The role focuses on data analysis to identify ER trends and proactive mitigation, with travel within the supported region up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field or 4+ years of equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in HR compliance, HR generalist, or employee relations.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct all phases of local HR investigations with plans, neutrality and timely execution.
• Oversee case management in ServiceNow and Navex.
• Advise supervisors on policy interpretation regarding conflict resolution, discipline, and termination.
• Collaborate with Operations, Labor Relations, Legal, and HRBPs to resolve complex Employee Relations issues.
