Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 extra years of required HR experience.
• Five+ years in HR compliance, HR generalist or employee relations.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and oversee local HR investigations with plans and timely execution.
• Provide policy interpretation to managers on conflict resolution and discipline.
• Collaborate with Labor Relations, Legal, and HR peers to resolve complex ER matters.
• Deliver high-quality HR support focusing on legal compliance and risk mitigation.
