Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks an Employee Relations Partner to provide consistent HR guidance, conduct investigations, and help resolve employee issues in accordance with policies and regulations.

You will partner with management, HRBPs, Legal, and Labor Relations to implement fair resolutions and mitigate legal risk while supporting performance management and communications across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field, or 4 years of related experience.
• 5+ years in HR compliance, HR generalist, or employee relations.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite, Intermediate.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Investigate employee concerns, develop plans and conduct neutral investigations in line with policies.
• Provide policy interpretation on conflict resolutions, discipline and termination procedures.
• Collaborate with Operational Management, HRBPs, Labor Relations and Legal to resolve complex cases.
• Support performance management and legal compliance, communicate with COEs.
