Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks an Employee Relations Partner to deliver tactical ER guidance to managers and employees, resolving conflicts and advising on disciplinary actions and termination.

Investigations will be conducted to ensure policy and regulatory compliance with recommended actions to Operations Management and HRBPs. The role analyzes ER data, supports policy interpretation, and collaborates with Legal, Labor Relations, and COEs to minimize legal risk while maintaining strong HR support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of equivalent HR experience.
• 5+ years in HR compliance, generalist or employee relations.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of employment laws.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct local HR investigations with neutral, timely execution.
• Provide policy interpretation on conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
• Collaborate with Legal, Labor Relations, and COEs to resolve complex ER issues.
• Deliver high-quality HR support including performance management and compliance.
