Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an Employee Relations Partner to provide tactical ER guidance to managers and employees to resolve issues and advise on conflict resolution, discipline, and termination.

Investigations will be conducted to comply with policies and laws, with trends monitored to support proactive management. Collaborating with Operational Management, HR Business Partners, Labor Relations and Legal teams, you will drive compliant solutions, improve risk management, and protect the

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in HR, organizational management, law or equivalent; or 4 years of related experience.
• 5+ years in HR compliance, HR generalist or employee relations.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of employment laws.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Mansioni

• Conduct all phases of local HR investigations and oversee cases in ServiceNow and Navex.
• Provide policy interpretation on conflict resolution, discipline, and termination.
• Partner with Ops HR, Labor Relations, Legal to resolve complex ER issues.
• Ensure high-quality HR support including performance management and compliance.
