Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks an Employee Relations Partner to advise managers and employees on conflict resolution, discipline, and investigations to minimize legal risk. You will handle cases in ServiceNow and Navex, work with Legal and HR teams, and influence operations with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, organizational management, law or equivalent; or four additional years of required experience.
• Five+ years in HR compliance, HR generalist or employee relations.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and participate in all phases of local HR investigations with neutral, timely approach.
• Provide policy interpretation regarding conflict resolutions, disciplinary actions, and termination procedures.
• Partner with management and Legal teams to resolve complex Employee Relations situations.
• Ensure high-quality HR support through performance management and compliance.
