Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus 4+ years in HR compliance or employee relations.
• Experience handling investigations in accordance with laws and company policy.
• Proficiency in MS Office and case management systems.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and participate in all phases of local HR investigations with neutral approach.
• Oversee administration of concerns in ServiceNow and Navex.
• Provide policy interpretation regarding conflict resolution, discipline, and termination.
• Collaborate with Legal, Labor Relations, and SMEs to resolve complex ER situations.
• Ensure high-quality HR support including performance management and compliance.
