Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an Employee Relations Partner to provide tactical HR consultation to managers and employees, conduct investigations, and ensure compliance with company policies and federal/state regulations.

The role focuses on minimizing legal risk while guiding operations and HR teams in dispute resolution and policy interpretation. The position emphasizes collaboration with Legal, Labor Relations, and COEs, using systems like ServiceNow and Navex to manage cases and drive

Qualifications

• Conduct and participate in all phases of local HR investigations in accordance with policies and regulations.
• Provide policy interpretation regarding conflict resolutions, disciplinary actions, and termination procedures to supervisors/managers.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to create solutions for complex employee relations situations.
• Support compliance and risk mitigation through HR processes, communications, and COE collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fair, neutral investigations with plans and timely execution.
• Oversee case management in ServiceNow and Navex systems.
• Advise managers on disciplinary actions and termination procedures.
• Collaborate with Legal, Labor Relations and HRBs to mitigate risk.
