Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an Employee Relations Partner to provide tactical HR consultation to managers and employees.

The role involves investigations, policy interpretation, and collaboration with Legal, Labor Relations, and COEs to resolve complex cases. Responsibilities include managing investigations in ServiceNow/Navex, advising on disciplinary actions, and ensuring compliance with laws and union contracts where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/organizational management/law or 4 extra years of experience.
• Minimum 5 years in HR compliance, HR generalist or employee relations.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of employment laws.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct all phases of local HR investigations with neutral, timely outcomes.
• Provide policy interpretation on conflict resolutions and discipline.
• Collaborate with Legal/Labor Relations/COEs to resolve complex cases.
• Deliver high-quality HR support and monitor compliance and communication.
