Beacon Hill is seeking an Employee Relations & HR Manager to support a busy Northern Virginia team across multiple sites. You will manage the full employee relations lifecycle, from intake and investigations to disciplinary actions, and partner with managers to build strong working relationships.

The role requires 5+ years of hands-on employee relations experience, a bachelor's degree preferred, and a high level of written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on employee relations experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proactive team player with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; collaborates across departments; tech-savvy with HRIS.

Responsabilités

• Manage full employee relations lifecycle including intake, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
• Build relationships with managers and leaders across sites in Northern Virginia.
• Track and manage Leave of Absence requests and documentation.
• Provide recommendations for policies and procedures and support implementation.
• Manage a small team of HR support members.
• Support special projects and initiatives across the HR team and organization.
