Job summary

BridgeView is seeking an Employee Relations Consultant to advise leaders and employees on workplace matters, conduct investigations, and support fair employment practices to mitigate risk. You will work with HR, Legal, and business partners to analyze trends and recommend policy improvements.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field and at least eight years of employee relations experience, including investigations and advising on termination matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, business, or related field.
• Minimum eight years of HR experience with substantial employee relations work.
• Experience conducting workplace investigations and advising on actions.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regs.
• Strong coaching and influencing abilities for leaders at all levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for sensitive info.

Responsibilities

• Consult leaders on complex employee relations matters balancing risk and experience.
• Conduct thorough workplace investigations for misconduct, harassment, and policy violations.
• Advise on performance management, corrective action, and terminations.
• Provide coaching, conflict resolution, and relationship improvement support.
• Evaluate matters, assess risk, and recommend options to management.
• Partner with Legal and stakeholders on employment-related matters and responses.
• Interpret and apply company policies and employment laws.
