Job summary

Beacon Hill is seeking an Employee Relations & HR Manager to support a busy Northern Virginia team across multiple sites. You will manage the full employee relations lifecycle, from intake and investigations to disciplinary actions, and partner with managers to build strong working relationships.

The role requires 5+ years of hands-on employee relations experience, a bachelor's degree preferred, and a high level of written and verbal communication.

About the Job:

• Track and manage Leave of Absence requests and documentation.
• Provide recommendations for policies and procedures, supporting implementation across the organization.
• Manage a small team of HR support members.

About You:

• A bachelors degree is preferred but not required.
• 5+ years of hands‑on employee relations experience is required.
• Proactive team player with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate across departments.
• Tech‑savvy with experience utilizing HRIS (Workday preferred, but not required).

About the Position:

• $100K-$130K salary (DOE)
• Comprehensive and generous benefits package.
• On-site 5x/week in the Northern Virginia office with the ability to visit sites around the area.
