Job summary

World Insurance Associates in the United States is hiring an Employee Benefits Sales Executive (Producer). You will build executive-level relationships, generate new benefits opportunities, and close business using World’s expansive platform.

You’ll collaborate with internal specialists, leverage HubSpot, and deliver comprehensive employee benefits programs across health, dental, vision, life, disability, and retirement solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven success in business development and delivering value-driven solutions.
• Strong prospecting, relationship management, presentation, negotiation, and client engagement skills.
• Ability to create and deliver compelling client presentations and proposals.
• Experience using CRM platforms (HubSpot) and insurance agency systems (AMS360, Applied Epic).
• Experience in insurance brokerage or employee benefits environment is valued.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and cultivate new business opportunities with an emphasis on employee benefits accounts.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to move prospects through the sales pipeline and close business.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within HubSpot and leverage the platform to manage opportunities and relationships.
• Deliver comprehensive employee benefits and workforce solutions leveraging World’s portfolio.
• Build long-term client relationships, identifying cross-selling opportunities and additional solutions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, coordinating internal resources to develop customized employee benefits strategies.
