World Insurance Associates invites an experienced Employee Benefits Sales Executive (Producer) to drive new business in the employee benefits arena. You will build relationships, close opportunities, and leverage World’s platform to deliver comprehensive benefits and related services to diverse organizations.

The role emphasizes prospecting, strategic selling, and cross-selling across insurance, retirement, payroll, and HR solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven success in business development, consultative sales, and delivering value-driven solutions.
• Strong prospecting, relationship management, presentation, negotiation, and client engagement skills, with a track record of developing and closing new business opportunities.
• Ability to create and deliver compelling client presentations, proposals, and pitch decks tailored to client needs.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and cultivate new business opportunities with an emphasis on employee benefits accounts.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to move prospects through the sales pipeline and close business.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within HubSpot and fully leverage the platform to manage opportunities and client relationships.
• Deliver comprehensive employee benefits and workforce solutions by utilizing World’s broad portfolio of services.
• Build long-term client relationships by identifying cross-selling opportunities and introducing additional solutions that support clients’ evolving business and personal needs.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding client challenges and coordinating internal resources to develop customized employee benefits strategies and solutions.
