Job summary

World Insurance Associates is seeking an Employee Benefits Sales Executive (Producer) to build relationships, generate new business, and close employee benefits opportunities. You’ll leverage World’s platform to design competitive benefits programs and uncover value through related risk management and HR solutions.

The role targets executive-level relationships and a significant book of business, with access to resources and a broad portfolio to grow earnings and client impact.

Qualifications

• Proven success in business development and delivering value-driven solutions.
• Strong prospecting, relationship management, presentation, negotiation, and client engagement skills.
• Ability to create and deliver compelling client presentations, proposals, and pitch decks.
• Experience using CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot, and AMS360, Applied Epic, or similar tools.
• Experience in an insurance brokerage, consulting, or employee benefits environment.
• Knowledge of group health, dental, vision, life, disability, and voluntary benefits.
• Must obtain and maintain all required insurance licenses and regulatory requirements.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, with the ability to manage complex sales cycles.
• Willingness to collaborate with internal specialists to deliver comprehensive solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and cultivate new business opportunities with an emphasis on employee benefits.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to move prospects through the sales pipeline and close business.
• Maintain accurate records within HubSpot and fully leverage the platform to manage opportunities and client relationships.
• Deliver comprehensive employee benefits and workforce solutions by utilizing World’s broad portfolio of services.
• Build long-term client relationships by identifying cross-selling opportunities and introducing additional solutions that support clients’ evolving business and personal needs.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding client challenges and coordinating internal resources to develop customized employee benefits strategies and solutions.
