World Insurance Associates is seeking an Employee Benefits Sales Executive (Producer) to build relationships, generate new business, and close employee benefits opportunities for organizations of all sizes. You’ll leverage World’s platform to design competitive benefits programs and uncover opportunities across insurance, retirement, payroll, and HR solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven success in business development and consultative sales.
• Strong prospecting, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
• Experience creating client presentations and pitch decks.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and agency management systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and cultivate new employee benefits opportunities.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to move prospects through the pipeline and close business.
• Maintain accurate records in HubSpot and manage opportunities.
• Deliver employee benefits and workforce solutions using World’s services.
• Build long-term client relationships and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Serve as trusted advisor coordinating internal resources for solutions.
