Job summary

World Insurance Associates in the United States seeks an Employee Benefits Sales Executive (Producer) to identify, prospect, and win employee benefits opportunities. You will cultivate executive relationships, develop strategies, and leverage World’s platform to deliver benefits, retirement, payroll, and HR solutions.

This entrepreneurial sales role offers access to resources, a broad portfolio, and total earnings potential through base salary plus commissions.

Qualifications

• Proven success in business development, consultative sales, and delivering value-driven solutions.
• Strong prospecting, relationship management, presentation, negotiation, and client engagement skills, with a track record of developing and closing new business opportunities.
• Ability to create and deliver compelling client presentations, proposals, and pitch decks tailored to client needs.
• Experience utilizing CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot, and insurance agency management systems such as AMS360, Applied Epic, or similar tools.
• Experience working within an insurance brokerage, consulting, or employee benefits environment providing benefits solutions is highly valued.
• Knowledge of group health, dental, vision, life, disability, voluntary benefits, and related employee benefit programs is preferred.
• Must obtain and maintain all required insurance licenses and regulatory requirements necessary to perform the responsibilities of the role.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented professional with the ability to manage complex sales cycles and cultivate long-term client relationships.
• Willingness to leverage World’s broad platform and collaborate with internal specialists to deliver comprehensive solutions that support clients’ evolving insurance, risk management, employee benefits, retirement and financial service needs.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and cultivate new business opportunities with an emphasis on employee benefits accounts.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to move prospects through the sales pipeline and close business.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within HubSpot and fully leverage the platform to manage opportunities and client relationships.
• Deliver comprehensive employee benefits and workforce solutions by utilizing World’s broad portfolio of services.
• Build long-term client relationships by identifying cross-selling opportunities and introducing additional solutions that support clients’ evolving business and personal needs.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding client challenges and coordinating internal resources to develop customized employee benefits strategies and solutions.
