World Insurance Associates is seeking an Employee Benefits Sales Executive (Producer) to build relationships, generate new business, and close employee benefits opportunities. Leveraging World’s platform, you’ll help clients design competitive benefits programs while uncovering opportunities to deliver additional value through related services.

Qualifications

• Proven success in business development and consultative sales.
• Strong prospecting and client engagement skills with ability to close new business.
• Experience using CRM platforms (HubSpot) and insurance systems (AMS360/Applied Epic) is preferred.
• Knowledge of group health, dental, vision, life and disability benefits is preferred.
• Must maintain all required licenses to perform the responsibilities of the role.

• Identify and cultivate new employee benefits business opportunities.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to move prospects through the pipeline and close business.
• Maintain accurate records in HubSpot and manage opportunities.
• Deliver comprehensive employee benefits and workforce solutions.
• Build long-term client relationships and cross-sell additional solutions.
• Coordinate with internal specialists to tailor benefits strategies and solutions.
