The role requires advanced benefits knowledge, regulatory awareness, and the ability to educate clients and partners. Travel to client sites may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years in group benefits preferred.
• Strong client service and renewal experience required.
