Qualifications

• Minimum several years of experience in employee benefits and client service.
• Ability to manage the annual service lifecycle including renewals, plan changes, and open enrollment.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients.
• Own the annual service calendar, renewals, and open enrollment processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver timely, accurate client materials.
• Translate benefit plan provisions into clear client communications.
• Identify risks early and propose proactive solutions.
