Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day contact for assigned clients and manage renewals.
• Lead open enrollment, communications, and implementation activities.
• Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Document decisions and maintain client records in the agency management system.
• Proactively identify risks and propose next steps.
