Job summary

Kapnick Insurance is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Executive who blends benefits expertise with a passion for client success. You will develop long-term strategies, lead renewals and enrollment, and bring internal teams together to deliver an outstanding client experience.

You’ll partner with clients to align benefits with business goals, manage communications, and drive ongoing education and relationship growth across the client base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3-5 years experience in group benefits and 1+ years as Account Executive.
• Life & Health License required.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute long-term benefits strategies aligned with client goals.
• Lead renewals and enrollment, coordinate with internal teams.
• Maintain advanced benefits knowledge and regulatory expertise.
• Support client education and relationship development.
