Kapnick Insurance Group is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Executive who blends benefits expertise with a client-first mindset. You will lead renewals, enrollment, and strategic client initiatives, coordinating internal teams to deliver exceptional service.

You will build long-term client strategies, address complex challenges, and maintain advanced knowledge of benefits and regulations to support ongoing education and retention.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3-5 years of group benefits experience and 1+ years as an Account Executive or similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Knowledge of Agency Management Systems.
• Life & Health License required.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.

Responsabilidades

• Develop long-term benefits strategies aligned with client goals.
• Lead renewals, enrollment, and complex claims.
• Coordinate with internal service teams and client education efforts.
• Present renewals and deliver policies to clients.
• Maintain advanced benefits and regulatory knowledge.
