Kapnick Insurance is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Executive to combine benefits expertise with client-focused strategy. You will lead renewals, enrollments, and ongoing client education while coordinating with internal teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.

The role emphasizes developing long-term benefits strategies, managing client relationships, and maintaining regulatory knowledge to support client success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years of experience in group benefits; 1+ years as Account Executive or similar.
• Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams.
• Life & Health License required.
• Willing to travel as necessary.

Responsabilités

• Develop long-term strategies for Employee Benefits aligned with client goals.
• Lead renewals, enrollment, and client communications.
• Coordinate with internal service teams to deliver services and deliverables.
• Maintain advanced benefits and regulatory knowledge and educate clients.
• Present renewals to clients and deliver policies.
• Oversee open enrollment and client meetings for education and adoption.
