Job summary

Kapnick Insurance Group seeks an Employee Benefits Account Executive to drive client strategies, renewals, and enrollment processes. You will partner with clients to develop long-term benefits plans that align with their business goals and engage internal teams to deliver premier service.

You will oversee complex claims, regulatory compliance, and client education, while maintaining advanced know‑how of benefits products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a four-year college or technical school.
• 3–5 years of experience in group benefits; 1+ year as Account Executive.
• Life & Health License required.
• Willing to travel for industry meetings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute long-term employee benefits strategies aligned with client goals.
• Lead renewals, enrollment, and complex claims with internal teams.
• Present renewals and deliver policies to clients.
• Coordinate internal activities to service existing and prospective clients.
• Maintain advanced benefits knowledge and regulatory expertise.
• Document client meetings and action items.
