Job summary

Kapnick Insurance Group is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Executive who blends deep benefits knowledge with a passion for client success. You will develop long-term strategies, lead renewals and enrollment, solve complex client challenges, and bring internal teams together to deliver an outstanding client experience.

You will serve as a strategic partner to Employee Benefits clients, driving retention and growth while collaborating with service teams and business units to meet goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (four-year college or technical school).
• 3–5 years experience in group benefits; 1+ years as Account Executive or similar role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and Agency Management Systems; Life & Health License required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute long-term benefits strategies aligned with client goals.
• Lead renewals, enrollment, and client communications; coordinate with internal teams.
• Present renewals and deliver policies to clients; ensure timely deliverables.
• Maintain advanced benefits and regulatory expertise; educate and strengthen client relationships.
• Identify opportunities for employee education and collaborate with Corporate Communications.
