Job summary

Kapnick Insurance is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Executive who blends benefits expertise with a passion for helping clients succeed. You’ll develop long-term strategies, lead renewals and enrollment, and bring internal teams together to deliver an outstanding client experience.

You will work with clients to design benefit programs aligned with business goals, manage communications, and maintain regulatory knowledge while promoting Kapnick’s commitment to client success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• 3–5 years in group benefits; 1+ years as Account Executive.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with agency systems.
• Willing to travel as required.
• Life & Health license required.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term benefits strategies aligned with client goals.
• Lead renewals, enrollment, and client communications.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver service and outcomes.
• Maintain advanced benefits knowledge and regulatory compliance.
• Present renewal options and policy details to clients.
• Travel to meet clients as needed.
