Qualifications

• Experience as an Employee Benefits Account Manager or equivalent role.
• Strong ability to build trusted client relationships and communicate clearly.
• Proven track record of managing the annual client lifecycle including renewals and open enrollment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client relationships and support the full annual lifecycle.
• Coordinate renewals, plan changes, open enrollment, and ongoing service delivery.
• Collaborate with Client Executives, Account Executives, and internal teams to meet client commitments.
