Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is seeking an experienced eDiscovery Analytics Lead to support a large federal agency. You will apply legal and technical expertise, performing advanced analytics in Relativity, creating scripts, and guiding productions to meet ESI specifications.

You will collaborate with attorneys, support staff, and client agencies, develop processing approaches, and provide strategic insights on discovery workflows while maintaining rigorous documentation and quality

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of eDiscovery services and litigation support experience on complex cases.
• Thorough knowledge of the litigation discovery process and EDRM workflow.
• Demonstrated ability to generate complex PowerShell scripts.

Responsibilities

• Perform analysis, development, and implementation of processing approaches for electronic files.
• Consult with attorneys to conform to ESI specifications and participate in teleconferences as needed.
• Ensure productions meet ESI specifications and notify attorneys of deficiencies.
