Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is seeking an eDiscovery Analytics Lead in the Legal department. The role focuses on providing electronic discovery support for a large federal agency, leveraging Relativity and custom automation to direct processing, analytics, and productions.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of eDiscovery in complex matters, expert Relativity knowledge, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience providing eDiscovery services on complex cases
• Thorough knowledge of the litigation discovery process and the EDRM workflow
• Advanced knowledge of Relativity (front end and back end)
• Demonstrated ability to generate complex PowerShell scripts
• Hands-on experience with Active Learning techniques
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong planning and organizational skills across eDiscovery lifecycle
• Experience managing eDiscovery projects and related technologies
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Team-oriented with stakeholder relationship management
• US Citizenship required

Responsibilities

• Perform analysis, development and implementation of processing approaches for electronic files
• Consult with attorneys and support staff to conform with ESI specifications and participate in teleconferences as required
• Ensure productions meet applicable ESI specifications and notify attorneys of deficiencies
• Perform advanced analytics in Relativity
• Create, troubleshoot and repair Active Learning projects in Relativity
• Provide input on technology options to respond to discovery needs
• Maintain standard procedures for eDiscovery and litigation support across cases
• Create statistical reports on collection, processing, review and production
• Stay current on emerging eDiscovery technologies and processes
• Generate custom PowerShell scripts
• Create/support Case Map/Text Map databases
