Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) seeks a Senior eDiscovery Analytics Lead to support a federal agency from its Legal department. You will provide electronic discovery technical support, use Relativity for analytics, and guide strategy alongside attorneys and co-counsel.

Responsibilities include advanced Relativity analytics, scripting with PowerShell, and ensuring compliant productions. A strong communicator with 5+ years in eDiscovery is required; US citizenship is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in eDiscovery services and litigation support.
• Thorough knowledge of the litigation discovery process and the EDRM workflow.
• Advanced knowledge of Relativity (front end and back end).
• Demonstrated ability to generate complex PowerShell scripts.
• Advanced hands‑on experience with Active Learning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong planning and organizational skills across eDiscovery lifecycle.
• Experience managing eDiscovery projects and related technologies.
• US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Perform analysis, development, and implementation of processing approaches for electronic files.
• Consult with attorneys and support staff regarding ESI specifications and engage in teleconferences as needed.
• Ensure productions conform to ESI specs and notify attorneys of deficiencies.
• Perform advanced analytics in Relativity.
• Create, troubleshoot, and maintain Active Learning Projects in Relativity.
• Provide input on tech options for discovery needs.
• Apply standard procedures across case lifecycles in eDiscovery and litigation support.
• Create statistical reports on collection, processing, review, and production.
• Stay updated on new eDiscovery technologies and processes.
• Generate and maintain PowerShell scripts; support Case Map/Text Map databases.
